To accomplish the precision and quality of pieces, the conventional press resolved them through increasing the rigidity and improving the quality of die elements. But today, the press technology has achieved its high performance and maturity. For a better productivity and added value, and higher quality, the Link Press was developed.
The Link Press's entire reciprocal cycle has a high approaching velocity, low during engage, and withdraws fast, ie slow around the low dead point to reduce the impact of work pieces suffered during deformation. With fast approaching and withdrawal velocity, not only the production speed does not go down, but reduces the vibration and noise during blanking, thus prolongs the life of die and achieves smooth cut faces. It reduces the possibility of deterioration and inversion of die, which results in high processing speed. Besides, with maximum of power stored in fly wheels, during drawing process, the process time is thus reduced, and this is applicable to the processing of various geometries.

Model: SC1 S type
Operation: Punch
Workpieces thickness: 3.2t
The slide block's engaging speed of Link Press is slower by 43% aginst that of conventional crank shaft  driven press.
Result: more accurate and stable
               quality.
With slower engage speed, the high temperature resulted in friction  between die and work pieces is less than the crank shaft driven press.
This great extend the life of die elements.

Model: SC1 L type
Operation: Drawing
Height: 70mm
The slide block's engaging speed of Link Press is  reduced by 42% to that of crank shaft driven press.
Result: Enhanced accuracy and stability of
               product.
               Broader selection criteria on
               material.
With slower engaging speed of slide block, the wearout resulted from heating of die and the loss of oil film on the surface of product are greatly reduced. The scratch on the surface of product is less.
Thruogh the characteristic movement of slide block, the high production volume and low wear-out are achieved.
